Frequently asked questions

An employer can fund meals for employees on an employment contract up to 450 PLN per person per month without paying ZUS social-security contributions on that amount. The exemption covers social, health and Labour Fund contributions, so the benefit costs the employer exactly the amount of the subsidy granted.

The value of the benefit is the employee's income and is subject to PIT.

For comparison: a 450 PLN gross pay rise means additional contribution costs for the employer. With a meal subsidy there are no such costs.

For people employed under civil-law contracts or working in a B2B model, settlement rules may differ. We're happy to help choose the right solution for your company. We'll help you choose a solution that meets the legal requirements and fits the way work is organised in your company.

Yes. Pan Viking delivers meals throughout Poland. We serve large cities and industrial zones as well as smaller towns.

Delivery availability depends on the specific location and logistics schedule. Contact us and we'll check availability and prepare a solution tailored to your company's needs.

Yes. We offer a wide selection of meals – from breakfasts and sandwiches, through lunches, salads and fit dishes, to desserts and snacks. You'll find our current menu in the Menu section on the homepage.

If your company has special requirements, we'll prepare a tailored solution. We can develop a rotating menu, regenerative meals compliant with occupational-safety requirements, or dishes matching employee preferences. We don't limit ourselves to the ready-made offer – together we work out the solution best suited to your organisation.

All meals are prepared by Kuchnia Vikinga, giving us full control over quality, composition and product consistency.

The employer funds the employees' meal budget with a set amount. It can be granted on a monthly or daily basis.

If an employee chooses meals worth more than the granted subsidy, they can conveniently pay the difference using the payment methods available in the app.

Each month the employer receives a single consolidated invoice and clear reports showing how employees used the budget. The documentation is a convenient settlement for the accounting department and confirms that the funds were spent solely on meals, which is a condition for the ZUS contribution exemption.

Funds granted to an employee cannot be paid out in cash or used for other purposes.

No. Implementing the Pan Viking meal-subsidy system involves no additional fees.

You pay only for the funds allocated to employee meals – with no setup, integration, licensing or system-maintenance costs.

The implementation process itself is quick and simple. It doesn't require involving the IT department or any complex work on the company's side. From signing the contract to launching the service we're ready within a maximum of 2 weeks.
